Glass Plates

Handmade stained glass sheets in the Tiffany tradition. Perfect for use in wall mosaics or murals, but also for 3D mosaics in the garden or on the patio. For glass-on-glass work or stained glass projects, keep the transparency in mind, and some have a less attractive back. These sheets are not suitable for fusing, as they are mixtures with different COEs; tack-fusing or softening the edges is done on a trial-and-error basis. They are cut from larger sheets, so colour and pattern may vary. We take multiple photos to show how light affects the colour and transparency. Since this is a handmade product, slight variations in size and colour may occur. The sheets are ideal to cut with a wheeled nipper or with a glass cutter and glass running plier to create unique, custom-made shapes. The pieces are 15 × 19 cm in size and approximately 3 mm thick.
